We had a good time feeding bread and chips to the peacocks.
...the creme brulee were done on puff pastry and out of this world. The staff outdid themselves with this buffet.
Everything is just as wonderful as we remember.
What I loved the most about RP was each evening either down on the porch or in the Appleton Lounge I felt as if I was enjoying an evening in a beautiful plantation house with a small group of good friends.
The room was great – huge walk in closet with a safe big enough to hold a laptop. It was a touchpad combination so we didn’t have to lug a safe key around.
Loved how they landscaped it so no one could walk in front of the rooms - very private.
We ate at the Terrace for dinner - the food was incredibly good. And I liked the fact that there were no Playmakers at RP. The beach service is incredible THIS IS THE BEST ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT YET. If you like to be pampered and like serenity, this is the place for you! The housekeeping staff take great pride in their jobs and surprise you each day with a little touch of something special, towels folded in heart shape left on the bed with flowers all around, notes to say thank you each day. .etc. All the employees are fantastic. RP has a fantasic Spa. The food was superb. SUMMARY: RP IS HEAVEN ON EARTH !
Nice balcony. Big closet. West wing has better views of the waves. The east wing has more foliage.
It is absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful flowers all throughout the resort. It is very elegant. I would rate all the food excellent. The wedding was perfect. Service exceptional, we did not have to wait for anything. I got my hair done for the wedding and they did a great job. All in all the experience was magnificent. I could not have asked for a better or more romantic wedding and honeymoon. Food, Service & Resort are really top of the line. This place is really a gem…

We were completely spoiled, pampered, and immersed the best vacation we've ever had. The atmosphere, service, band, and magnificent view of the ocean can't be beat.
The air conditioner was excellent, powerful and ran by remote control. The 2 tennis courts are also beautiful, surrounded by greenery…
It was the most efficient and fastest check-in that we ever had. We always had plenty of towels - usually 4-6 large towels, 2 finger towels, and 2 washcloths
The temperature on the jacuzzis was perfect (about 102) and could see the ocean…a nice evening turn down touch- on either side of the bed, white cloths to wipe your feet off so no sand in the bed.
Royal Plantation is a wonderful place with loving people from maintenance to management. Alan and I had been remarking all week about the wonderful maid service and how immaculate the suite was. They have a fire show that was amazing.
The ONLY negative thing about the whole trip was having to leave. |
