We enjoyed an 11 nite stay at RP 4/22-5/3.This had been a resort we had been considering for a long time, and we are so happy that we finally did. This resort may not be for everyone, but if you're looking for fine dining, and the ultimate in service this resort is for you!

We travel for simple relaxation and much beach time, good food/drink, and enjoying the pampering of the Jamaican people. The room is not that important to us so long as we have an oceanview room. That said RP met and exceeded all our expectations. From the message boards we had anticipated perhaps a "tired" room, but everything was clean and modern, and room service was perfect. We booked a premium room and we loved the large walk-in closet, double sink bath area, and the French-type balcony. We sleep with the balcony doors open and even with all the lush foliage we had no issue with bugs nor mosquitoes.

Any pictures you see on the internet or brochures will really depict the actual atmosphere of the resort, including the beach service of Cleon.

This resorts signature is the ultimate service you receive, whether it be on the beach, at a restaurant, at the front desk, or in the room. By far it is the best ever we have experienced!

We usually ordered room service for breakfast, and generally ate at the beach grill for lunch. Even though lobster was out of season, you could easily substitute crab or shrimp, and I believe they were gonna try Canadian lobster as an alternative in the coming weeks.

Dining in the evening was superb. The beach grill was open during our stay, and we tried this a couple times in addition to the Terrace, BUT Le Papillion is the ultimate in a dining experience. Even though the resort was near full occupancy we never had an issue with reservations. No matter where you chose to eat, service was superb, and the choices of beef, chicken, pork, or seafood was simply elegant.
Entertainment at night was good, the usual beach party atmosphere once a week and for us this was a welcome alternative. Nightly there was a house band and singer.

This is definitely a must-do again on our list! Totally up-scale pleasure compared to the standard Sandals experience, not that the standard is bad!

We certainly enjoyed the opportunity to meet the "real" Debbie during our visit and we are sure she had something to do with our RP experience, so thank you out to you Debbie!!!
