Sorry for the delay..I have 2 small kids and it is hard to get back into the swing of things....

<< Were the Jacuzzi rooms and villas complete?   Yes.  Not every room has a walk out balcony or hot tub.  We booked the least expensive room and it was great.  Wonderful oceanfront view.  For us...this was perfect.  Each room's fridge is stocked daily and of course everyone gets room service.

How were the meals?  Very good.  MY husband had lobster every night and loved it.  They really prepare each meal to be as close to perfect as possible.  The menus stay the same with a special soup and main course everynight.  lots to pick from!

Were the jacuzzis warm?  We used the main jacuzzi near the only pool...it was very warm...even hot! 
Did they have evening shows?  They have a nightly band which was ok.  They had crab races and a piano bar at night.  The entertainment is one area they need work on.

My real only complaint was how long it took to get a drink on the beach.  They are still working out kinks in their service.  The management is always watching making sure every detail is complete.  It is really a nice location between the other resorts so you can go where ever you want. 

What about lunches?  Any seafood?They had fish sandwhiches , tuna and conch fritters on the menu.  I cannot remember if they had anything else.  I am not a real big fish eater. 

How dressy are people? >>Alot more casual than we expected.  I was prepared for very dressy.  At night..people tend to dress up more.  Day was very casual.

Crashbeau was right about the balcony.  The sliding doors open so it is kind of like a balcony.  It was enough for us.  Yes about the jacuzzi.  It has an upper and lower deck.  They have 2 restaurants.  We ate in the French one once.  They have a special entree each night.  We had pheasant. It is an eight course meal.  My hubby loved it.  Downstairs is where we ate the rest of the nights. That is where he had surf and turf.  They will bring you whatever you want...yes..even on the beach.  I love the jerk style food and their ribs are to die for...very hot!  No bathroom near the beach.  They have a spa, we did the couples massage.  They also have a separate workout area with a very cute trainer.  : )  I did not do anything there....

We were transported back to the airport in a private car.  On the way to the resort at 2am, we took a bus.  They seemed to have a hard time finding us a way there at that hour.  The ride was hell.  I thought we were going to die.  I expressed some concern at the hotel and they assured me it would not happen again.  That is why, I assume, they sent the car.

You have much more to compare it to..but..I think you will be happy.  They treat you as though you’re the only one there.  We met a lot of great people that made the trip even better for us.  All in all..it was a great time.
